Bill Rowlett
Managing Director
The Eau Claire native has been involved with baseball in Eau Claire for most of his life, having played on high school and amateur state baseball championship teams in Eau Claire. The four-year letter winner at UW-Eau Claire was captain during his junior and senior seasons. While attending college, he managed the American Legion team and directed the city's youth baseball programs. Over the years, Rowlett has served in numerous management roles with local baseball and fast pitch softball programs. The father of two adult sons (Brett and Ron), he and his wife Sue reside in neighboring Elk Mound.

Dale Varsho
Director of Operations / Field Manager
Varsho has been the Field Manager for the Express since the inaugural 2005 season. Dale has led the Express to the playoffs twice, reaching the Championship Series in 2007 and the Divisional Playoffs in 2009. This season will also mark his fifth as the team's Director of Operations. A native of Marshfied, Wis., Varsho is no stranger to Eau Claire baseball, having played a number of years for the Eau Claire Cavaliers. He also served as an assistant coach at his alma mater, UW-Eau Claire. After a short coaching stint at UW-River Falls, Varsho served as the head coach and Director of Facilities at Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wis. from 1999-2001. Dale and his wife Jennifer live in Eau Claire with their three children: Jake, Averie and Christian.

Andy Neborak
Interim General Manager
Neborak begins his fourth season with the Express and first as Interim General Manager. This will mark his second season on the full-time staff as he spent 2009 as the Assistant Director of Operations. Before being hired full-time, he served as the Stadium Operations intern during the 2007 and 2008 seasons. Neborak's in-season duties include game-day operations, marketing and promotions, oversight of Carson Park for the spring and summer baseball seasons, staffing, concessions, inventory control and fan relations. During the offseason, Andy oversees ticket sales, assists with corporate sponsorships and directs the hiring of interns and stadium staff. The Waconia, Minn. native graduated from UW-Eau Claire in 2008 and has his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management.

Annie Hoffman
Marketing and Operations Manager
Hoffman enters her fourth season with the Express and first as Marketing and Operations Manager. She previously worked one year as a marketing intern before spending two years as intern supervisor. Annie's work as a marketing intern focused mainly on working with game-day sponsors and on-field promotions. As intern supervisor, she had oversight of the marketing interns and all walk-in ticket sales at the Express office. The Eau Claire native attended UW-Eau Claire for undergrad and continued on to get her masters in Sport Administration at UW-La Crosse, graduating from there in May of 2009.

Alec Hill
Video Production Intern
Hill returns for his second summer interning with the Express. He played a large part in the improvements to the Express webcasts in 2009 Hill's duties include assisting the Video Production Director in the broadcast of each Express home game, while also creating and updating all between-inning material for the broadcast. The Marshfield, Wis. native attends school at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is working towards a degree in Public Relations.

Bryan Treichel
Web Broadcast Intern
Treichel is the latest addition to the Express web broadcast team. He will be a large part of the upgrades to the web broadcast at Carson Park, as he will be operating one of the cameras on the first or third base side of the field. Other duties may include assisting the Video Production Intern with player interviews, highlight reels and other Express video footage. The Oakdale, Minn. native is a broadcast journalism major at UW-Eau Claire. His past experience includes work at WUEC radio at the University.

Brady Zwiefelhofer
Stadium Operations Intern
A native of Bloomer, Wis, Zwiefelhofer returns for a second season as the stadium operations intern. Zwiefelhofer's duties include the oversight of Carson Park for the spring and summer baseball seasons, staffing, concessions, and fan relations. In addition, Brady assists with the hiring of all seasonal staff members. Zwiefelhofer attends UW-Eau Claire and is double majoring in Business Management-Entrepreneurship and Marketing-Professional Sales

Joe Scherr
Food and Beverage Intern
Sherr joins the Express staff as the Food and Beverage Intern. In this position, he will oversee the Express concessions operation. His duties will include managing the part-time staff along with ordering and maintaining inventory control records. A native of Marshfield, Wis. Scherr attends UW-Eau Claire and is working towards a degree in Business Management. In his spare time, Joe is very active on campus, taking an active role in APICS and working for UW-Eau Claire part-time.

Jerad Hill
Media Relations Intern
Hill enters his first season interning with the Express as the Media Relations Intern. Jerad is the official scorer for all Express home games and is responsible for all the team's statistics and news releases. In addition, he updates the Express game-day program and serves as the media contact for all Express news and updates. Hill attends UW-Eau Claire and is working towards a degree in Public Communication and a minor in Creative Writing.

Jennesa Davidson
Marketing Intern
Davidson joins the Express team in 2010 as a marketing intern. Her duties will include creating and updating all promotional signage at Carson Park, working with sponsors and coordinating outings in the Best Seats in the House section, among other things. The Waunakee, Wis. native attends the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Spanish. Outside of the classroom, Jennesa involves herself on campus working as a Student Building Manager.

Erica Frederickson
Marketing Intern
Frederickson is entering her first summer as a marketing intern for the Express. In this position, she will oversee the script that is read over the public address system at Express games, while also working with sponsors and game-day promotions. Erica attends the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is working towards a degree in marketing. The Kaukauna, Wis. native is an active member of campus, serving as the Director of Fundraising for the American Marketing Association.

Brittany Viskoe
Marketing Intern
Viskoe joins the Express staff as a marketing intern for the 2010 summer. Her duties will include the oversight of all on-field promotions between the innings and working with sponsors on game-day promotions. The Hugo, Minn. native attends UW-Eau Claire and is working towards a degree in Public Relations. This is not her first experience in marketing, as she has previously held marketing intern positions for the Altoona Star Newspaper and Running Aces Harness Park in Columbus, Minn.

Molly DeCleene
Marketing Intern
The 2010 season marks the first for DeCleene as a part of the Express intern staff. Molly will oversee the Trax Kids Club, scheduling of little league outings at Carson Park and player and mascot appearances in the Chippewa Valley. If you would like to have Trax appear at your event, Molly is your contact. She will also assist in coordinating game-day promotions with Express sponsors. DeCleene is no stranger to the Northwoods League after having worked last summer for the Madison Mallards on their part-time staff. She is currently enrolled at UW-Eau Claire and is working towards a degree in Economics with a minor in Public Relations.

Rachel Folz
Photography Intern
Folz enters her first season as the photography intern for the Express. Her duties include taking all player action photos and headshots, while also taking pictures for use in marketing and sponsorship materials. Rachel also updates the photo page on the Express webpage with updated photos. Other duties include the creation of the Express trading cards that are a giveaway during the season and the making of buttons of each player for their Host Family. Rachel will graduate from Eau Claire Memorial High School this spring.

Scott Montesano
Radio Announcer
A native of Utica, NY, Scott is back for his fifth season as the radio announcer for the Eau Claire Express. Prior to working with the Express organization, he worked for the Vermont Mountaineers and the Sanford Mainers of the New England Collegiate Baseball League from 2003 to 2005. In the off-season, Scott works for the Des Moines Buccaneers of the USHL assisting in corporate sales while also serving as the team's radio broadcaster. Scott is a May 2004 graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Paul Schommer
Public Address Announcer
A native of Hudson, WI, Paul begins his 5th season as the Public Address Announcer for the Express. In this role, Paul is responsible for the majority of the announcements you hear at Carson Park before, during, and after Express games. Paul spent 12 1/2 years as a Social Studies teacher at Hudson High School. For the past 10 years, Paul has served as the "Voice of the Titans" at Tartan High School in Oakdale, MN where he does PA work for football, boys and girls basketball, baseball, and track and field.

Matt Selvig
On-Field Announcer
Selvig begins his fifth season as the on-field announcer for the Express. His primary responsibilities involve keeping the in-game/on-field activities moving along at a rapid and energetic pace. When he's not entertaining Express fans at Carson Park, Matt works in public relations and marketing for Gordy's County Market as the "Gordy's Guru". He also keeps busy playing golf on a regular basis and leading worship at his church. A native of New Ulm, Minn, Matt and his wife Deb have lived in the Eau Claire area for almost seven years, and have two young children: five year-old son Colman and a two year-old daughter Geneva.

Jackie Tollefson
Host Family Coordinator
Jackie enters her fifth season as the Express Host Family Coordinator. In this position she coordinates all host family gatherings during the season while also overseeing the distribution of materials such as pictures, buttons and shirts to all families. Jackie serves as the main contact for the host familieis for any concerns that come up during the season.
