Bill Rowlett
Owner
The Eau Claire native has been involved with baseball in Eau Claire for most of his life, having played on high school and amateur state baseball championship teams in Eau Claire.
The four-year letter winner at UW-Eau Claire was captain during his junior and senior seasons. While attending college, he managed the American Legion team and directed the city’s youth baseball programs.
Over the years, Rowlett has served in numerous management roles with the Eau Claire Cavaliers. He and his wife Sue reside in neighboring Elk Mound.

Dale Varsho
Director of Operations / Field Manager
Varsho is in his fifth season as the field manager for the Express and his fourth as the organization's Director of Operations. Dale led the Express to the 2007 Northwoods League South Division Championship.
A native of Marshfied, Wis., Varsho is no stranger to Eau Claire baseball, having played a number of years for the Eau Claire Cavaliers. He also served as an assistant coach at his alma mater, UW-Eau Claire. After a short coaching stint at UW-River Falls, Varsho served as the head coach and Director of Facilities at Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wis. from 1999-2001.
Dale and his wife Jennifer live in Eau Claire With their three children: Jake, Averie and Christian.

Brett Schroedel
General Manager
Schroedel is in his fifth year with the Express and his second as the team's General Manager.
He served as the media relations intern in 2005 and as Assistant General Manager during the 2006-2007 seasons. Schroedel's internship in 2005 completed his Masters Degree in Sports Administration from UW-La Crosse. The Eau Claire native graduated from UW-Madison in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism. While attending UW-Madison, Schroedel served as field manager for the Badgers football team including two years as head manager.
He and his wife Emily (Barnes) live in Eau Claire and were recently married in the fall of 2008.

Andy Neborak
Assistant Director of Operations
Andy Neborak joined the Express staff full-time in October 2008 after spending the previous two summers as the stadium operations intern.
As an intern, Andy was responsible for daily oversight of Carson Park for both the spring high school baseball season and summer amateur baseball season for all users of Carson Park. Andy’s duties included staffing, concessions, inventory control, and fan relations. During the off-season, Andy oversees ticket renewals and assists with corporate sponsorships.
The Waconia, Minn. native is a recent graduate of UW-Eau Claire and has his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management.

Annie Hoffman
Intern Supervisor
Hoffman is in her second summer as the intern supervisor after spending one summer as a marketing intern. She oversees all Express interns and is also in charge of all walk-in and call-in ticket sales and group outings.
Annie’s internship this summer completes her masters degree in Sport Administration from UW-La Crosse. The Eau Claire native graduated from UW-Eau Claire in 2007 with a degree in Kinesiology.

Brady Zwiefelhofer
Stadium Operations Intern
Zwiefelhofer joins the Express staff this year as the stadium operations intern. Brady is responsible for coordinating the operation of all events at Carson Park for all users during the summer. Other duties include staffing, concessions, inventory control and fan relations.
Brady attends school at UW- Eau Claire and is a double major in Management- Entrepreneurship & Marketing-Professional Sales. He is originally from Bloomer, WI.

Josh Metz
Media Relations Intern
Metz is in his second year as a member of the Express organization, and first as the media relations intern. Josh is the official scorer for all Express home games and is responsible for all the team’s statistics and news releases. He is also the main contact for local media regarding all Express news and updates.
The Marshfield, WI native just finished his fourth year at UW-Eau Claire and is working towards a Print Journalism degree.

Alec Hill
Video Production Intern
Hill is spending his first summer with the Express as the video production intern, and has been a big part of the improvements the team has made in its webcasting. Alec assists the video production director in webcasting all Express home games. His duties will also include creating commercials for the web broadcasts.
Alec is a Public Relations major at UW-Eau Claire and is originally from Marshfield, WI.

Marisa Wojcik
Photography Intern
Wojcik is in her second season as the photography intern for the Express. Her duties include taking all player action photos and headshots, while also taking pictures for use in marketing and sponsorship materials. Marisa also updates the photo page on the Express webpage with updated photos.
The Eau Claire native attends school in Minneapolis at the University of Minnesota, with a major in Photo Journalism.

Ben Heiser
Marketing Intern
Heiser is a first year Express marketing intern. He is responsible for all signage at Carson Park, and schedules all birthday and Best Seats in the House outings. Becca Diederich
Marketing Intern
Diederich joins the Express organization this year as a marketing intern and is responsible for all script writing for Express home games. This includes public address announcements for local Chippewa Valley businesses, birthday announcements and welcome messages for all groups attending Express games among other things.
Becca is originally from Menomonie, WI and is a Marketing Major at UW-Eau Claire.

Lindsey Taylor
Marketing Intern
Taylor is in her first year with the Express organization as a marketing intern. Lindsey’s main area of expertise is the on-field promotions that take place between innings of all Express home games. This includes coordinating the games with each sponsor and making sure prizes are available for all contestants.
Lindsey attends UW-Eau Claire and is working towards a degree in Marketing. She is originally from Eagan, MN.

Jordan Lawrence
Marketing Intern
Lawrence is a first year Express marketing intern. He coordinates registration and distribution of all Trax Kids Club information, schedules all Little League outings at Carson Park and oversees all Trax and player appearances in the Chippewa Valley. Scott Montesano
Radio Announcer
A native of Utica, NY, Scott is back for his fourth season as the radio announcer for the Eau Claire Express. Prior to working with the Express organization, he worked for the Vermont Mountaineers and the Sanford Mainers of the New England Collegiate Baseball League from 2003 to 2005.
In the off-season, Scott works as the Director of Communications for the North Iowa Outlaws of the NAHL Junior A Hockey League in Mason City, IA.
Scott is a May 2004 graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Paul Schommer
Public Address Announcer
Paul begins his fourth year as the Public Address Announcer for the Express. A native of Hudson, WI, Paul is a high school social studies teacher and has spent the past ten years teaching at Hudson High School.
In addition to his teaching duties, Paul has been the "Voice of the Raiders" over the years as the public address announcer for various Hudson High School sports. Since 2000, Paul has also taken over the announcing duties for Tartan High School in Oakdale, MN.

Matt Selvig
On-Field Announcer
Selvig begins his fourth season as the on-field announcer for the Express. His primary responsibilities involve keeping the in-game/on-field activities moving along at a rapid and energetic pace. When he‘s not entertaining Express fans at Carson Park, Matt works for WWIB-103.7 FM radio as a morning DJ. He also keeps busy in the summer DJing weddings, playing golf on a regular basis and leading worship at his church.
A native of New Ulm, MN, Matt and his wife Deb have lived in the Eau Claire area for almost seven years, and have two young children: four year old son Colman and one year old daughter Geneva.
