Pack the Park Sponsorship

A Pack the Park sponsorship is the most effective way to reach our fan base with inclusion in a variety of our marketing opportunities. As a Pack the Park sponsor of a night at Carson Park, your company will have an opportunity to gain exposure to Express fans for an evening of total family entertainment. Whether you choose to sponsor the game individually or team up with some of your business partners, there will be 2,000 dated general admission tickets to distribute to clients, customers and employees.

Along with the tickets, your company will receive a variety of other promotional opportunities associated with your sponsor night such as game day program and team website recognition, inclusion in 60,000 pocket schedules, radio broadcast promotions for your event, the ability to have one individual from your business go “on air” live during the broadcast of the game, recognition in Express TV commercials and newspaper ads promoting upcoming games, PA announcements to promote your event, displays on the RCU Message Board, display of company banners at stadium entrances, opening pitch participation, one 30-second radio ad for all 70 Express games and one 30-second web broadcast commercial for all 35 Express home games. Using Pack the Park sponsorship at an Express game will certainly leave fans with an experience at the ballpark that they won’t forget!

Game Day Sponsorship

A great way to reach your audience at Carson Park is to become the official sponsor of an Express baseball game. Your sponsorship includes recognition in all game day programs and 60,000 pocket schedules we print annually, as well as promotional placement on our website and in Leader Telegram advertisements we run. In addition, radio and PA announcements will be made in the week leading up to your sponsorship night to promote the event.

On your sponsored game night, you will be able to hand out any promotional item of your liking to the fans entering Carson Park with a minimum of 1,000 items required. We will hang your company banner at the stadium entrance and your name will appear on our RCU message board. A representative will be able to participate in opening pitch ceremonies. To top it off, the Express will provide you with 400 custom tickets with your logo on the front for you to distribute to as you please.

Radio Sponsorship

All 70 Eau Claire Express baseball games are broadcast live on the radio. Here's your opportunity to reach baseball fans throughout the entire Chippewa Valley by including your company as a sponsor of Express baseball. On-air options include 15, 30, and 60 second spots plus the key broadcast sponsorships like the starting lineups, call to the bullpen and pre and post-game shows.

Public Address

An effective way of reaching a captive audience in the relaxed environment of Carson Park is to have your personalized message read over the Express public address system. Your message will be read one time each game with your company name featured on our RCU message board.

Foul Ball Sponsorship

Baseball fans always wait to hear what sound will come from the PA system when a foul ball leaves Carson Park. Here's your chance to have your company's name and message conveyed by our announcer at least once every half-inning when a foul ball leaves the field of play.

Game Day Programs

This high quality, full color program is the best source of information on all the Express players and staff, team records, league records and much more. Advertising in this program is an integral part of any promotional package and one of the most effective ways of getting your company name into the hands of baseball fans and potential customers of all ages.

Outfield Billboards
